My daughter was a bit of a scaredy cat as a child, but her best friend’s October birthday party always centered on haunted hayrides and scary movies that kept her up for nights afterward. Salvatore Riccobono, a chef with over 35 years experience, has a pop-up eatery at their Bed & Breakfast at 2098 Bruynswick Road in Wallkill. His usual menu includes smoked brisket, portobello sandwiches, and Sabret hot dogs. Come Halloween weekend, he’ll have lots of little pumpkins to give to the little ones.
